iCMS 9.C0C-A Notes

In this post, we can see the improvements made in the current iCMS: the iCMS 9.C0C version A.

Update: May 25, 2015 (v9.0.0.A)

FIRST SHEET

1.       Added Classifications A for unrestricted payments and for Section 2 transactions

2.       Merged Section 3 and 4 of iCMS 8 into a single section

3.       Rearranged Sections 3 and 4.

4.       Classifications B are now available for the two columns of Unrestricted Receipts.

5.       Classifications A is now available for Unrestricted Payments.

6.       Renamed the sections’ names.

7.       Reduced number of sheets. Merged iCMS 8’s Second and third sheets.

8.       Created a base framework for iCMS version change.

9.       Modified the Percentages formula; Averages Formula; and weekly result formula of the third section.

10.   Categories and Classification words can now be seen on the Division

11.   Created a special third version. The iCMS version C.

SECOND SHEET

1.       Merged Statement of Financial Position, Cash Balance Statement, and Earnings Balance Statement into one single statement.

2.       Replaced Fund Balance Statement into Other Cash Transactions Statement that includes the three categories of the Second Section’s transactions.

3.       Split Cash Flow Graph into two: Cash Inflow and Cash Outflow.

4.       Added Unrestricted Inflow Graph

5.       Removed Percentage table and replaced it with Small Weekly Graphs.
