As declared by President Benigno Aquino under Proclamation 1070, today is a regular holiday in observance of Eid'l Fitr, a three-day celebration by Muslims around the world after a month of fasting (Ramadan). Let this day be peaceful and solemn as our Muslim brothers and sisters celebrate the end of Ramadan.
