iCMS XX is the newest version of iCMS in a new version
series number 10. Having a new set of version series means that we have a brand
new set of features that will surely lift your cash management to a higher
level.
*The iCMS XX has become very mysterious because of several
‘10’ reasons:
1. October is the 10th month of the
year.
2. October is the month where I will turn twenty
(XX in Roman numeral).
3. The version number is 10.
MAIN FEATURES:
Editions
Versions
(A/B/C) are now replaced by editions. For this version, we have Home and
Student Edition. Details will be further discussed in Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ’s) page.

New Fifth Section
There
would be a fifth section. It is called Disclosures. This section is almost
similar to iCMS 7’s Accounts Section but an additional area is added aside from
the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Second Sheet
Evolution
The
Second sheet is modified. There would only be one but more detailed financial
statement. Graphs were also modified to make them more optimal and reliable.
Details will be further discussed in our Notes Page.
The four giant graphs in iCMS 9 is now modified. The Inflow and Outflow graphs (both Unrestricted and Total) are now column graphs with a line that indicates the average. The Balances Graphs (Cash and Earnings) are still line graphs. However, we have added restricted and unrestricted lines. Legends of the lines can be seen beside the title of the graph.
Section 2 Improvement
We make the second section better. We have added a third column for both divisions and added a total column for each. The total only recognizes the total cash actually received or paid. Therefore, using classifications that do not affect your cash will not be recognized by the total column.

The fund concept introduced in iCMS 7 is now improved. Starting in iCMS XX, fund can be carried over the next month's iCMS because of the addition of a fund balance area in the fifth section.
It doesn't stop there. Fund Expenses can no longer exceed the unrestricted earnings thus, requiring you to create additional fund for that expense.
Lastly, we are introducing Cancel Fund classification (or X Fund Concept). This classification can be seen in the Cash Payments division of the second section. Using X as classification will not decrease either your cash or earnings but it decreases your restricted earnings and consequently increases your unrestricted earnings. It will decrease your fund balance.
Reversal
Classification Option [R]
Reversal
Classification Option on the Data Entry Area UI (Home Edition) and Second Sheet
(Student Edition) is now available starting in iCMS XX. This option will
reverse your Accounts Payable into receivable and vice versa. It is recommended
for negative outcome of payable or receivable.

Wider Categories
Scope
The
iCMS 8 and 9’s Classifications ‘A’ is now ‘Categories’ in iCMS X. It has wider area
therefore you can enter Classified Expenses all over the Work Area UI on the
Home Edition and on the First Section of the Student Edition.
