Along with Google's Update of their services, the Google Forms got an update and we have adopted the change and therefore, the three forms were also updated. Check out the newly updated forms in the forms page and see a brand new environment in sending requests, reporting issues, and answering poll questions. Forms page can be accessed by going to our Home page and clicking the Forms button similar to the image above. Once you are directed in the forms page, you can choose among the three available choices.
