The 11th version series of our iCMS is here. For
the new year, a brand new version was released. iCMS XI has the mixed structure
of iCMS X’s two editions
MAIN FEATURES:
(2) “Set your Own”
Feature
We will be implementing a feature called ‘Set your own”, in which
users are given the opportunity to set some items for a more personal cash
management. We have implemented two C’s for the Set Your Own feature namely:

| You can set your own categories and use them anywhere within the first section's Cash Payment Area |
*Categories
iCMS XI provides you the freedom to set
different categories for your Unrestricted Cash Payment records on the first
section. You can set ten different categories of your choice just like what’s
in iCMS X-Home Edition. But unlike the iCMS X-HE, you can record anywhere
within the Cash Payment’s Area on the first section because categorizers are
present on the left side of each work area.
Setting
your categories means setting also your categorizers. This is because the
system will get the first character of your category. In any case there were
categories with the same first character, the first will remain the same but
the duplicates will be numbered accordingly. We also increased the size of the
categorizers so that categories with numbers will sufficiently fit the cell’s
area.

*Currency and
Denominations
On the
third section, there would be an area that will allow you to choose your local
currency. There are currently 8 currencies available namely: Dollar, Euro, Pound, Yen, Baht, Rupee, Won,
and Peso. Choosing your currency
will automatically set the currency for your financial statement and on the
denominations and beginning balances.
One more thing, you can now
set your own denominations within the row provided in the third section. There
were twelve (12) columns provided in the section for your currency
denominations. You can freely enter the denomination that you might have in
your country. However, you are restricted to enter any non-numerical amounts.

Restrictions
The
previous versions restrict decimal amounts to be recorded. The system now
allows decimal amounts up to the second decimal place.  |

iCMS
XI, unlike the previous versions, has only one version available every month.
This is the reason that the iCMS X Editions’ distinctive features were merged
in a single, comprehensive file.
Another
one was added in the system. An additional worksheet is added that is named as
Guide(Home). This sheet provides information regarding the features of the
system and the version series; Rules and the things that users need to know in
using the system and the first things that an old/ new user must do in doing
cash management. There were also some tips for you to have an efficient one. We
created this additional sheet to make you have a good cash management habit online
or offline at your most CONVENIENT condition.

Glowing Neon Lights
Theme
The
January 2016’s theme is neon lights. The entire system will be in black
background and the texts will be in neon colors. Experience different colors in
every sections.
Holidays Greetings!
Just
like in iCMS Xmas, the system will also greet you on the special holidays this
January.
Special Holiday
Format
In line
with the greetings, the system will provide a different today’s date format.
This will be implemented on January 1 and January 3.
Special Featured
Numbers
It’s
2016 and we will be implementing a special format on cells with a value of 16
or 2016 (exact value). Check out their formats when a cell has it.

Graph Revamp and
Formula and Format Improvement
Graphs
were modified. The small graphs have better colors that will help you
distinguish your ten personal categories. Pie Graphs have a 3D like color
structure and labels will be found outside the slice. Giant graphs columns
increase in width size.
Formula
on the fifth section were modified. The Weekly Results now shows the balance of
your Accounts and Fund at the end of that week unlike before that it shows the
change in those items within the week. Format on the Unrestricted balances for
cash and earnings were modified. The format on amounts less than the 20% of
total earnings are now based on the date’s earnings and cash balances and no
longer based on the month end balances. So you can now see if you had your cash
or earnings almost restricted on that day or not.
