iCash Management System XI-2L

The system is a special one because it’s iCMS’ 2^nd Anniversary. Aside from our anniversary, we will also celebrate the Love Month and the Lucky Day and The Leap Year Day.

The features of this version will definitely make cash management to a higher level. Check out the following features of iCMS XI-2L.

Love and lucky Red Theme

The whole system’s theme color is RED. The first sheet will use red as its text color while the other sheets use red as the cells’ fill colors.

‘Fixing a Cold, Blue Heart’ Feature

This is an exclusive feature of iCMS XI-2L. For the first time in the history of iCMS, we bring you the Fixing a Cold Blue Heart Feature.

The system’s Transaction Sheet serves as the ‘heart’ of the system and it is covered in blue. But the sheet is a little picky when it comes to transactions. So to make it come alive, you need to at least record transactions in any of the cells from the first to third sections. Extinguishments, Fund Allocations and Cancelations are not recognized by the system to help it fix the blue heart.

“Luck. Love. Leap.” Special Formats

Special formats were implemented on the following dates: February 8, February 14, and February 29 to celebrate the Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day and the Leap Year Day respectively.

“2 Love You More” Format

Entering data that contains number 2 will make the cell gain a special format that is the same with the text color of the Section 2 of the 2^nd sheet.

XI-2L’s “Today’s Date” Format

To give way to the ‘Fixing a cold, blue heart’ format, we will be modifying how you will determine the date today. The date today will be highlighted by the system by means of its border. You will notice that the row of the date today is found between two white border lines (at the top and below the row of today’s date). Special Dates will have a unique one.
