iCMS XI-Glow Update [2]

We're very sorry guys but iCMS XI-Glow just got updated for the second time this day because we have found out that two areas in Section 1's Cash payments is not included in the computation of Total Unrestricted Cash Payments.

Please download the re-updated iCMS XI-Glow. It's still have a system ID of 23.11.0.2.3 but the said issue has been fixed on the latest one. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
