Hello there guys! Let us reminisce some moments in our iCMS. We will tell you a story on how we have developed a simple Excel file to an iCMS. We will be showing you some of the great contributors of iCMS XI's development.
It was on Janaury 2014 when we started to build a simple excel file. We have just finished creating the file on February 1, 2014 and it looks like this.
We just started to use this on February 2, 2014. The system is just plain and simple. You currently see the 'Php 112 Challenge' Sheet wherein there is a fixed budget for a day and you still record your transactions for the day and you can compare if your expenses is out of your budget for the day. Cash Balances are separately recorded and Cash Counting is only done once in a week.
Come March 2014 and we have improved UI a little bit.
A more colorful User Interface right? Also, the concept of Daily Cash Count started. This has been adopted until the current iCMS.
On April-May 2014 version, we focused on the improvement of Cash Count Sheet. It's getting nearer and nearer on the current look of Cash Count right?
It was on June 2014 when we started to include the first version of the 'Accounts Receivable and Payable' concept.
