Rizal Day

Today is Rizal Day. Exactly 120 years since the day our National Hero, Jose Rizal died after the Spaniards shoot him at Bagumbayan (currently Luneta Park). It is declared as a regular holiday in the Philippines.

Before we start celebrating the last day of 2016 tomorrow, let's commemorate his death by visiting his monument at the Luneta Park today.
