People Power Day

It's been 31 years since the bloodless people revolution happen at the Philippine's busiest highway today, the Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA). This revolution freed the Philippines from the Martial Law which was declared by the late former President Ferdinand Marcos. This revolution paved a way to the presidency of Corazon Aquino to be the president after the resignation of president Marcos.

As per declaration, February 25 is declared as a holiday to celebrate this historical event. Enjoy the holidays.
