FIRST SHEET: (TRANSACTIONS)
1.
Reorganization
a.
Sections are now available. For the current
version, it has 5 Sections. The sections are recognized through the colors of
the first row. Here are the names of the sections with the following colors:

Table have been merged into the first
sheet.

Columns are now grouped based on their function
on the system. The first sheet now has a total of 50 columns.

Cash Receipts (Prepayments) and (Advances) are
now separated from Cash Receipts (Allowance). The separation was also applied
to the cash payments.
e.
Disclosures on Accounts Receivable and Accounts
Payable have been moved beside their respective amounts or types of accounts.
2.
Additions
a.
THE ROW where the CURRENT DATE falls is
now HIGHLIGHTED.
b.
Classification Columns of Receipts and Payments
on the first section are added to the system.
c.
Cash Receipts (Allowance) division has two new
categories, “In Cash” and “On Account”
d.
Restricted and Unrestricted Cash and Earnings
Columns have been added to the system.
e.
Budget table has been added to the first sheet
making plans and relative purchases easy and convenient to the user.
f.
Added restriction features for the Fund for
Planned Items.
g.
Summary Section has been added.
h.
CRA Balance Beginning was added for the balance
of the Cash Receipts Allowance of the month.
i.
Disclosures on Fund for Planned Items and Cash
Payments on Obligations/ Projects have been added.
j.
Average of Weekly Total has been added.
3.
Modifications
a.
Dates now only occupy one column.
b.
Cells now support up to Php 99,999.00 because
the cell size has been increased. Numbers greater than that would still be
recognized but will show ‘#######’ meaning the cell size is not sufficient to
show the value.
c.
“Cash Payments” was divided into “Cash Payments
Funded by Allowance” and “Refundable and Nonrefundable Cash Payments”
d.
Renamed “Total Cash Payments Before Others
Division” to “Total Cash Paid Using Allowance”; “Cash Receipts (Prepayments)”
to “Receipts for Prepaid Items”; “Cash Receipts (Advances)” to “Cash Advances”;
“Cash on Hand Balance” to “Cash Balance”; “Total Cash Receipts” and “Total Cash
Payments” to “Total Cash Additions” and “Total Cash Reductions” respectively;
“Percentage Increase (Decrease)” to “% of Change” and; “Amount” (Cash
Comparison Table v.6 series) to “Denominations”

Receivables and Payables are now sections on the
sheet.
f.
Descriptions about the Average are back! It is
found on the Grand Total row on Section 5.
g.
Disclosures on Receivables and Payables are now
wider.
4.
Adaptations and Removed Functions
a. Dates are still presented together with the day
it falls.
b.
The system is still themed. For this month, it
is NEON in celebration for New Year. The font is AR
ESSENCE
c. Invalid data are still prohibited in selected
columns.
d.
The highlighting of the row where the active
cell is located has been removed from the system because it was replaced by the
newest function that was introduced previously.
e.
Indicators of Receivables and Payables are
removed from the system.
f. Average per Day function and Average on
Comparison Table (v6.0) are removed from the system.
g. Rates have removed from the first sheet.
SECOND SHEET (Financial Statements)
1.
Contents
a.
This sheet contains the Weekly Analysis Table
and the Financial Statements (v6.1.1)
2.
Evolution
a.
The Weekly Analysis Table v3.0. The presentation
of analysis is back in vertical form.
b.
Percentage Table is the new name of Weekly
Analysis Table.
c.
The Analysis in a week is divided into 2 basing
their values on the first two (2) sections of the first sheet.
d.
Averages and Rates have been removed from the
table and they were replaced by two percentages for the section 1 and 1
percentage on Section 2.
e.
Added Analysis for the whole month with the same
format with the weekly analysis. It is found after the last week of the month.
3.
Adaptations
a.
Adapted the Statement of Earnings and Statement
of Financial Position.
b.
Statement of Changes in Earnings is the new name
of Statement of Earnings.
4.
Additions
a.
This sheet is read-only meaning users can
only view what is seen on the sheet.
b.
Added the new statement: “Cash Balance
Statement”
c. Added Month-end Financial Statements Group for
the three Statements.
