1. Added pirate theme.
2. Added format on September 19.
3. Modified the language of iCMS 3P-C into a pirate langauge.
4. The cover of the first and third sections will remain even when data are entered.
5. Removed the third section's Work area format (the format that highlights the number equal to the average).
