Transaction Type Changes

We heard some of our users about the limits of the past iCMS when it comes to transaction types that is why in iCMS DZ, we extended the power of transaction types.
The transaction types for Section 1
Transaction types, as of iCMS DZ, is found at the right side of a work area. The purpose of these cells is to determine the nature of the transaction recorded. When we say nature, it is the mode of receiving or paying that amount provided in the work area. This is because not all of our transactions are purely for the purpose of receiving the money for any use or payment for personal use. Some might be for a specific thing to be purchased or consumed. The additional type for each transactions would mean a wider transaction recording area and a better cash management as to savings and receipts.

The transaction types of Section 1 when the amount exceeds the Unrestricted Earnings
On the first section, we have added Transaction Type 'F' as part of the regular transaction type on the section. This type is best used when you have something to buy or spend to in the future using the unrestricted cash received. For example, you want to buy an accessory using the unrestricted cash you received recently then you can establish an amount. Remember that the limitations and appearance of Type 'F' is also applied on the section. So watch out for your earnings.

The Transaction Types under 'OR'. Same applie to 'OP'
On the second section, we have included transaction type 'C' as part of the regular types for this section. The addition is made to solve the circumstances wherein you have transaction you paid in cash but it does not involve your unrestricted cash received and it is not funded earlier or it is not for a settlement of an account or something. For example, an emergency expense is incurred thus it is not funded and it doesn't involve your unrestricted cash receipts.
